CNC Milling/Lathe Machinist Benefits & Compensation

CNC Milling/Lathe Machinist Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC machines
- Ability to set up and operate 2 and 3 axis CNC lathes and/or 3, 4, and 5 axis milling machines
- Basic knowledge of Fanuc controls and G-code programming
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and gauges
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality standards
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
CNC Milling/Lathe Machinist Preferred Background & Skills
- Working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Experience with Swiss Tech machining
CNC Milling/Lathe Machinist Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or milling machines for precision component production
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints to ensure compliance with specifications
- Use a variety of measuring tools to verify and maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Troubleshoot basic machine or program issues as needed
