Occupancy Heroes is currently seeking an experienced Grounds Keeper to join our team immediately.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00PM.

This position requires maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of an apartment community. Responsibilities include groundskeeping, cleaning common areas, and performing general maintenance tasks as needed.

Candidates should have cleaning and/or general maintenance experience, be able to work actively on their feet throughout the day, and demonstrate reliability, dependability, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping a property clean, safe, and well-maintained.
