Schedule: Morning shift, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $18.00/ hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble Golf Clubs Fit and bond shafts, heads, grips, and components according to exact specifications
• Perform Quality Checks Verify swing weight, loft/lie accuracy, cosmetic finish, and part alignment
• Operate Tools Safely use hand tools, epoxy systems, pneumatic tools, and measurement devices
• Follow Production Standards Meet daily output goals while maintaining consistency and craftsmanship
• Document Work Accurately record part numbers, measurements, and inspection results
