Qualificions:

  • Previous experience in purchasing, inventory control, maintenance coordinion, or preferred manufacturing injection molding environment.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance parts, industrial supplies, and manufacturing operions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including da entry.
  • Two to 3 years experience establishing good working relionships with vendors and service providers.
  • SAP or similar ERP system experience
  • Strong organizional, communicion, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent time management skills
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Purchase maintenance parts, tools, equipment, and supplies to support daily plant operions.
  • Maintain inventory levels of critical spare parts and consumable items.
  • Provide weekly and monthly report on non-inventory spend activity levels
  • Daily production reporting
  • Genere SAP reports
  • Track orders and ensure on-time delivery of merials and services.
  • Research and source vendors to obtain competitive pricing and quality products.
  • Work with maintenance supervisors and technicians to identify required parts and equipment specificions.
  • Monitor maintenance inventory usage and recommend stocking adjustments.
  • Coordine outside service providers and contractors as needed.
  • Maintain accure purchasing, inventory, and supplier records.
  • Assist with cost tracking for maintenance expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with company purchasing procedures and safety standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiives reled to inventory management, purchasing processes, and cost reduction.
  • Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and receiving issues.
  • Point of contact for offsite A/P representive to analyze issues and initie resolutions
  • Participe in physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Backup for the Merials Coordinor
  • Maintain organized storage and documention for maintenance merials and records.

  • Microsoft Skills
  • Proficient computer skills. This includes excel, office, outlook and Teams.
  • Communicion Skills
  • Ability to reach out to vendors and negotie pricing, establish relionships with new and existing vendors.
  • Time Management Skills
  • Ability to organize priorities daily to meet plant goals.
