Handyman / Maintenance Technician Needed Pagosa Springs, CO

Hickory Ridge Apartments is seeking a dependable and skilled Handyman/Maintenance Technician to assist with apartment maintenance, repairs, and property upkeep.

Responsibilities Include:

General maintenance and repairs
Plumbing repairs and fixture replacement
Basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
Appliance repair and installation
Drywall repair and painting
Flooring repairs and installation
Unit turns and make-ready work
Grounds maintenance and property upkeep
Snow removal and seasonal maintenance as needed
HVAC experience a plus

Qualifications:

Previous maintenance, handyman, or construction experience preferred
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems
Reliable transportation
Own basic tools preferred
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work
Strong communication and customer service skills

Schedule:

Flexible, part-time, and project-based work
Additional hours may be available depending on workload and experience
