Pay: $36-38/hr based on experience

Pro Resources is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Engineer to support a facility in Noblesville, IN as they prepare to transition operations out of state. This role will assist with both the relocation of equipment and regular day-to-day maintenance tasks to help keep production running smoothly during the move.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Troubleshoot issues and complete emergency or scheduled maintenance as needed
• Support equipment teardown and relocation efforts
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in manufacturing maintenance
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read manuals and interpret work orders
• Welding and furnace knowledge a plus

Details:

• MondayThursday schedule (4-day, 10-hour workweek)
• Hours: 6:00 AM4:30 PM or 7:00 AM5:30 PM
• Minimal expected overtime
• Temporary role ending late August or early September
