$26.16 - $30.62 per hour depending on experience. $1,000 Signing bonus!! Arconic is currently in search of a Maintenance Mechanic to join our Cranberry Township, PA. location . This position works a 12-hour shift (6p - 6a) on a 2/3/2 pattern. Primary Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications

*New employees will be paid out after 90 days of employment is successfully completed. If 6 months of employment is not completed, the signing bonus will need to be repaid in full.
RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance.
- Identify and look up parts in MP2 maintenance program.
- Use hand tools and other required equipment.
- Troubleshoot independently all types of mechanical equipment, hydraulics, mobile equipment, utilities and basic electrical controls.
- Repair equipment with little documentation.
- Provide improvement to preventative maintenance program by creating task lists.
- Drive root cause analysis and implementation of long term solutions.
- Use a drill press, band saw, lathe, grinder, test gauges, welding, burning and electrical equipment as needed.
- Make recommendations and updates to equipment which result in an improvement to technical downtime.
- Help train maintenance grade 10 employees.
- Effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and other departments as regarding work accomplishments and findings.
- Participate in L1 meetings, perform safety system requirements, log work hours and comments on work orders in MP2 maintenance software.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States of America. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
- Technical degree and/or 5 years' experience
