A Maintenance Technician might also be involved in the installation and setup of new equipment or systems. They often work with electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems among others. Their work is crucial in ensuring efficient operations and safety in various establishments such as factories, offices, apartments, and commercial spaces.
