Maintenance Technician

Beautiful South Austin apartment community is actively seeking a Maintenance Technician. This role is crucial in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and operational, contributing to our mission of effective property management.

Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot issues related to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Conduct inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and facilities maintenance.
HVAC certification and/or knowledge is highly preferred.
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
