Maintenance Manager Jobs in Ontario
A Maintenance Manager, within the maintenance and installation industry, is responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of an organization's facilities. They ensure that the company's machinery, equipment, and structures remain in good working condition. Their duties typically encompass planning and tracking maintenance work, securing equipment and supplies, and adhering to all safety and performance standards. They also may be involved in strategic planning and budgeting, as they help determine the lifespan and replacement cycle for equipment.
Key skills for a Maintenance Manager include strong technical knowledge of equipment and systems, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
